The following are the legal foundations that support and oversee our loyalty scheme.

Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions
<\/span>Mammoth Sound Studio <\/span><\/h3>

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Effective Date: <\/strong>18th August 2023<\/p>

These Terms and Conditions<\/span> (\u201cTerms\u201d)<\/strong> govern the Mammoth Sound Studio Loyalty Scheme (\u201cLoyalty Scheme\u201d)<\/strong> provided by Samuel James Edward George (\u201cSam\u201d),<\/strong> herein referred to as \u201cwe<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cus<\/strong>\u201d, or \u201cour<\/strong>\u201d. By participating in the Loyalty Scheme, you agree to comply with these Terms.<\/strong> Please read these Terms<\/strong> carefully before enrolling.<\/p>

1. Eligibility:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

1.1<\/strong> The Loyalty Scheme is open to all customers of Sam<\/strong> who book recording time, mixing, or mastering services at Mammoth Sound Studio.<\/p>

2. Accumulation of Hours:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

2.1<\/strong> For every day (consisting of seven hours) that a customer books and completes recording sessions, mixing, or mastering services at Mammoth Sound Studio, the hours spent on these services will be counted towards the Loyalty Scheme.<\/p>

2.2<\/strong> Once a customer accumulates a total of 63 hours of recording time, mixing, or mastering services (equivalent to nine days), they will be eligible to receive the 10th day free as part of the Loyalty Scheme.<\/p>

3. Discount Application:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

3.1<\/strong> The 10th day free, obtained through the Loyalty Scheme, is equivalent to a 10% discount on the total booking cost of the accumulated hours.<\/p>

3.2<\/strong> The discount is applicable to the recording time, mixing, or mastering fees only and does not cover additional services, equipment rental, or any other charges.<\/p>

3.3<\/strong> The discount may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.<\/p>

4. Validity:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

4.1<\/strong> The Loyalty Scheme is valid per artistic project. Each artistic project is treated as a separate entity for the purpose of accumulating hours towards the Loyalty Scheme.<\/p>

4.2<\/strong> If a customer participates in multiple artistic projects, the Loyalty Scheme will apply separately to each project based on the accumulated hours for that specific project.<\/p>

5. Exclusions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

5.1<\/strong> Hours cannot be accumulated under the Loyalty Scheme if a fixed price has been negotiated for mixing or mastering services.<\/p>

5.2<\/strong> Hours cannot be accumulated for Dolby Atmos mixing services.<\/p>

5.3<\/strong> Hours cannot be accumulated for remote work.<\/p>

6. Redemption:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

6.1<\/strong> To redeem the 10th day free, eligible customers must inform Mammoth Sound Studio at the time of booking and scheduling the free session.<\/p>

6.2<\/strong> The free session must be scheduled within 12 months of becoming eligible and is subject to studio availability.<\/p>

6.3 <\/strong>The free session cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or rescheduled beyond the specified timeframe.<\/p>

7. Termination and Modification:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

7.1<\/strong> Sam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Scheme, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

7.2<\/strong> In the event of termination, customers who have already accumulated eligible hours will be entitled to redeem the 10th day free within the specified timeframe.<\/p>

8. General Terms:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

8.1<\/strong> Sam reserves the right to verify and adjust accumulated hours at his sole discretion.<\/p>

8.2<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions<\/strong> are subject to change without prior notice, and the most current version will be available on our website.<\/p>

8.3<\/strong> Participation in the Loyalty Scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms<\/strong> and any modifications thereto.<\/p>
